Surely we belong to Allāh (swt), and indeed to Him we shall return.

 

It is with sadness that we inform you of the demise of Marhum Azad Jaffer of Edmonton, who had passed away on Wednesday, April 27, 2022., and will be buried at South Haven Cemetery in Edmonton on Saturday, April 30th, 2022.

 

Marhum was the husband of Sis Naseem Jaffer and father of Arif Jaffer and Noshina Jaffer of Edmonton. Marhum was the brother of Sis Suraiya Jafri, and Sis Niloufer Panju.

 

Our heartfelt condolences and prayers are with the entire family during this difficult time. May Allah (swt) rest the Marhum's departed soul in eternal peace in Jannah, and give the family strength to bear this great loss - Ameen.

1:45 PM Salatul Mayyit
2:00 PM Burial at South Haven Cemetery (5004 Meridian Street)
Venue: Connelly-McKinley / Foster & McGarvey Edmonton South Chapel located on the Our Lady of Peace Cemetery grounds (4820 Meridian Street) and directly adjacent to South Haven Cemetery

 

Everyone attending the funeral will be required to wear masks and try and maintain social distancing wherever possible.
